I have been busy building a production room in GA (photos to come), service calls, life, kids and grandkids so, sorry I have not posted lately.
I did get a chance to visit with Bobby Bradley last week at the historic Bradley’s Barn and work on a few things. That place holds allot of music history. I took a couple of photos in the “Big Barn”. I know Patsy recorded on a 3 track at the Quonset Hut (which we converted from Sony offices back into a studio for Belmont Univ.) but Owen Bradley later transferred she and Jim Reeves vocals onto 24 track after their deaths. and matched the key, added backing tracks and orchestration, mixed in stereo, and created the 1982 record “Remembering Patsy Cline and Jim Reeves” which featured their duet “I fall to pieces” and other hits from both.
